2. Data We Process

When you use our contact form, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Company name and country
  • Message content and the type of enquiry selected
  • LinkedIn profile URL — only when you select "I'm an executive and want to join the KAMINO network"

We do not process sensitive categories of personal data.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

  • Responding to contact enquiries — legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Managing recruitment processes — legal basis: consent and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in identifying and placing suitable candidates.
  • Analytics — understanding how visitors use our website, using Google Analytics 4, only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Third-Party Processors

  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — processes form submissions on our behalf. No data is stored permanently by Web3Forms beyond delivery to us.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting and CDN services. Data may transit Cloudflare's network.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — provides Google Analytics 4 for statistical analysis. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Google may transfer data to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention Periods

  • Contact enquiry data: retained for the time necessary to handle your request, and deleted within 12 months thereafter.
  • Candidate data (including LinkedIn profiles): retained for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion.
  • Analytics data: governed by Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months).

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data.
  • Restriction — limit how we process your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function. No consent is needed.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, loaded only with your consent. These include _ga and _ga_* cookies, with a lifetime of up to 2 years.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. By default, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to denied. If you accept analytics cookies, only analytics_storage is set to granted. Advertising signals remain denied.
